Office of Management and Budget's predominant mission is to assist the President in overseeing the preparation of the federal budget and to supervise its administration in Executive Branch agencies. In addition, OMB oversees and coordinates the Administration's procurement, financial management, information, and regulatory policies.

U.S. Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR)

Title 34 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 74-86 and 97-99, 5 March 2001 edition; includes information on the administration of grants and agreements to institutions of higher education.

National Science Foundation Grant and Agreement Conditions

The National Science Foundation funds research and education in science and engineering, through grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements. The Foundation accounts for about 20 percent of federal support to academic institutions for basic research.

Public Health Service (PHS) Grants Policy Statement
