Community of Science (COS)
COS is a network of scientists and research organization on the World Wide Web. The COS mission is to help researchers find funding, collaborate with colleagues, and promote research. COS has been publishing on the Web since February 1994, and currently works with 500,000 scientists, 600 universities, leading research and development corporations, and government agencies.

FedBizOpps (FBO)
FBO is the single government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps via the Internet. Through one portal- FBO- commercial vendors seeking Federal markets for their products and services can search, monitor, and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community.
Federal Funds Express
List of federal sites provided by the U.S. House of Representatives providing links to federal resources for researching grants, procurement, and other grants-related information.
Federal Register
The Federal Register is the official daily publication for Rules, Proposed Rules, and Notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as Executive Orders and other presidential documents.
Grants.gov
Grants.gov is the electronic storefront for Federal grants. It is part of the E-Grants project which will:
Produce a simple, unified "storefront" for all customers of Federal grants to electronically find opportunities, apply, and manage grants
Facilitate the quality, coordination, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations for grant makers and grant recipients.
This combination of customer-facing vision and Federal internal improvement, as defined by the consensus of the grant-making agencies, provides a solid foundation for the efforts of the E-Grant initiative.

SMARTS/GENIUS
GENIUS (The Global Expertise Network for Industry, Universities, and Scholars) is a web-based database containing profiles of scholars and researchers at leading universities and research institutions throughout the world. SMARTS (The SPIN Matching and Research Transmittal Service) is an automated daily alerts system that notifies investigators of relevant new programs that match their GENIUS profiles.
Sponsored Programs Information Network (SPIN)
SPIN is an online, searchable database that provides information about more than 10,000 funding opportunities from more than 1,200 funding sponsors.

Charity Channel is a resource that connects you to your nonprofit colleagues around the world by providing tips about writing grants and general articles regarding the nonprofit sector.
Fulbright Programs
Fulbright grants are made to U.S. citizens and nationals of other countries for a variety of educational activities. Activities include primarily university lecturing, advanced research, graduate study, and teaching in elementary and secondary schools.

Marquette University Funding Information Center
Marquette University provides assistance in locating appropriate materials for faculty and staff research. The Funding Information Center also provides orientations to grantwriting and grantseeking.
The Foundation Center
The Foundation Center is an independent nonprofit information clearinghouse established in 1956. The Center's mission is to foster public understanding of the field by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information on foundations, corporate giving, and related subjects.
National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA)
NCURA is an organization of individuals involved in the administration of sponsored programs at colleges, universities, and teaching hospitals. The site contains a variety of information and resources related to the proposal and award administration process.
Society of Research Administrators (SRA International)
Provides resources relating to Government Funding, General Research resources, Private Funding information, information about government policies, and a list of foundations.
